E-commerce Growth Manager

About the role

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement products that delight customers. You'll be empowered to make technical decisions and own projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies
• Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads)
• Optimize product listings and conversion rates
• Analyze sales data and market trends

Requirements

• 3+ years in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other platforms
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing for e-commerce

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory planning
• Understanding of logistics and fulfillment
• Knowledge of marketplace algorithms
• A+ content and storefront design experience
