E-commerce Operations Executive

About the role

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement products that delight customers. You'll be empowered to make technical decisions and own projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Process orders and coordinate with logistics
• Handle customer queries and returns
• Monitor inventory and update stock levels

Requirements

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart)
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• MS Excel proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace seller panels
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Understanding of SEO for product listings
